Mary Shenouda is a former Tech Executive turned Personal Chef after receiving a life-changing diagnosis of celiac disease, alongside an intolerance to casein and soy.
Mary immersed herself in learning how what we eat today affects the human body and came up with ways to circumvent the challenges these foods present and combined that knowledge with her passion for cooking.
She is now known as Mary, The Paleo Chef to high profile personalities, athletes and wellness leaders. Mary is taking you along on her own Clean-Cooking journey, so you can see firsthand how she is bringing her own interpretation of the Just Eat Real Food mantra mainstream.

When Michael Mina began his love affair with San Francisco, the earth moved. Literally. On his second day in the City, the Loma Prieta earthquake struck, but the 22-year-old chef was unfazed; he’d been given the opportunity of a lifetime to help design an upscale seafood restaurant from scratch, and he threw himself into it heart and soul. The now legendary Aqua opened to widespread acclaim in 1991 and quickly became a destination restaurant in a city that knows a thing or two about food. And Michael Mina’s reputation as one of the culinary world’s most innovative and talented chefs was born.
RN74 is an urban wine bar and restaurant designed by acclaimed New York City design and concept firm, AvroKo. Using elements of glass and steel tempered with warm, rich leathers and reclaimed wood, RN74 is a contemporary space softened with rustic earthiness. The cuisine at RN74 is a perfect complement to the wines – creative, modern, but simple interpretations of regional French cuisine punctuated with seasonal, fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
