I almost giggle every time a post a recipe for something that looks like a dessert — there just seems to be something wrong with the idea of eating pudding and thinking of it as something healthy. This is one such example of a healthy pudding from Primal Docs member, Caitlin Weeks / Grass Fed Girl. In fact, it would probably be one of the healthiest parts of any meal. I challenge you to get this in front of your kids and see if they complain — I doubt they would.

Gelatin is the protein formed after the slow simmering of skin, bones, and cartilage of animals.
