Ceia’s ‘chef to farm’ philosophy is always represented on your plate. Our chefs partner year-round with local farmers to include reserving fields for crops grown exclusively for our restaurant. Executive Chef Patrick Soucy is also an organic farmer, and in season shares his daily picks of heirloom harvests with you, because you are dining in his home.
