I feel that paleo/primal directly correlates with health and wellness. Just like chiropractic it is the idea of giving the body all the tools it needs heal and maintain wellness. I feel that proper nutrition plays an important roll in preventing and reversing disease processes.

I believe the primal/paleo lifestyle has a strong possibility to improve our worlds health related issues especially in regards to lifestyle related chronic diseases. It also will have a lasting impact of the younger generations health and eliminating child obesity. Its a lifestyle NOT a diet!
