Diet is the foundation of all health. The Primal or Paleo approach to nutrition is the best strategy I have found (in 20 years of searching) to get the body back on track to natural, vibrant health. This is in contrast to the SAD (standard American diet)

I tried the paleo diet myself, felt good on it and started recommending it to patients, several of which have benefited from it. I have been recommending it routinely to patients who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease or gluten and wheat intolerance, etc.

I love teaching my patients how our bodies were designed to work. I feel that our innate intelligence works better in a body that is being given what it needs to heal and repair, and I find the best source of raw materials to sustain life and health in the paleo diet.
