He was then chosen to complete his clinical internship at the Rhode Island Spine Center under the guidance of renowned physician, Donald R. Murphy, DC, DACAN. Upon graduation, he matriculated directly into medical school into an advanced DC to MD program at University of Science, Art and Technology at Montserrat, Miami campus. After attending close to a year of classes, he discontinued when it became too much to maintain classes and a Chiropractic practice.

Disease is on the rise. It is obvious our current health care system is in a crisis. This system is designed to treat disease, not prevent it. Dietary guidelines are based on preventing deficiencies and are therefore not designed to treat disease. There is ample research and ongoing clinical studies further implicating our dietary intake, i.e. nutritional status, is the driving force behind inflammation. Chronic, systemic inflammation is implicated as the cause of pain as well as diseases ranging from autoimmune conditions to cancer to skin conditions to thyroid conditions.
Our modern diet is devoid of nutrients and our increasing intake of sugars, processed foods, packaged goods, refined flours and poor quality oils and trans fats all contribute to inflammation and thus disease.
In order to prevent disease and improve health we need to drastically change what we put into our bodies. We need to get back to consuming foods which helped frame our genome and create our species. I don’t particularly like to give it, and by “it” I mean “diet”, a name. I just eat legit. I eat the right foods. I eat when I am hungry. I eat as much as I want. I eat whenever I want. I realize this method of eating is not for everyone, but I at least know everyone can benefit from eating the right foods.
When you are consuming nutrient dense foods- quality meats from ethically raised animals, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, spices- basically anything that can come from the earth and is not man-made or [highly] processed, it is hard to overeat. Modern diseases, common aches and pains, and psychiatric conditions will be almost non-existent.
In my experience, and based on the vast research I have done over the years, I know anyone can benefit from eliminating sugars and processed foods and replacing them with whole, nutrient dense foods. It is such a simple fix, yet not everyone is willing to do it. I want to share this knowledge and get sick people better. I want them to understand how current dietary recommendations is what is leading them down the path of sickness.
