Physicians with an evolutionary approach to health and nutrition – paleo diet professionals
RIP Hostess: 1930 – 2012
Hostess Brands is officially closing it’s doors and we can finally say goodbye to Twinkies and Ding Dongs (and many others). There’s been a lot of talk about the number of jobs that have been lost with this closure, but I’d rather look at the positive side of things and think how many of these ridiculous desserts will be off the shelves of supermarkets everywhere — the number of people that this benefits greatly outweighs the loss of jobs.
Chris created the Primal Docs website is 2011 to help people find a physician or healthcare practitioner that would advocate an ancestral health diet. A few doctors turned into a lot very quickly and needless to say there's a revolution happening in healthcare — it's about people taking control of their health through through real food and an active lifestyle.

About Primal Docs
Primal Docs was created in 2011 by Chris Armstrong. Chris was also responsible for the creation of the Celiac Handbook Website back in 2004 and is a tireless advocate for any and all things gluten-free (and grain-free).
As a natural progression of his gluten-free lifestyle, he finally decided to take the plunge into a primal/paleo lifestyle and cut out all grains, legumes, refined sugar, and processed seed oils. Both the physical and emotional benefits of this way of life were noticeable very quickly and any desire to go back to his old way of life were eliminated almost immediately.
