Paleo Diet Craze: Does It Work?
Primal Docs Member Nell Stephenson on The Dr. Oz Show
Apr 22, 2013

I guess this is a headline that we could expect from a television show. I’d love to see the word “Craze” disappear, but I know that’s not happening anytime soon. With an ambassador like Primal Docs member Nell Stephenson, I’m pretty confident that we’ll see some good information getting out to the general public about what a paleo lifestyle is all about. She’ll be joined by the one and only Dr. Loren Cordain and together they’ll be answering questions from Dr. Oz and hopefully setting the record straight.

Watching the video on Dr. Oz’s site, there is of course the image of meat on a grill front and center — you’ve heard me say on more than a few occasions that I’d like to dispel the myth that eating paleo means being meat-centric. Yes we eat meat, but we also eat a lot of other things too. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a positive interview free of any sort of sensationalizing or demonizing coming from the host — we will see.
