When it comes to food, it is of the utmost importance to drop the dogma and discover what works for you and your body.
Believe it or not, kickstarting a new diet and cultivating a new mindset around food can be fun, especially when you approach it through an exploratory lens and decide to create health. Our culture, especially in the U.S., has a tendency to demonize real food, glorify diets, and deprive ourselves of the vital nutrients that we need to live optimal, energetic lives. These patterns simply do not work, yet many people continue with this approach because they just don’t know how to opt out or that there even is another way.
