A little bit about me:
As a former division one varsity athlete and current physician, I understand the demands of performing at an elite level as well as the blockades of achieving optimal health. I strive to bridge the gap between performance and health by focusing on nutrition and exercise, while only prescribing pharmaceuticals if needed. I also believe you need to practice what you preach, which is exactly what I do.
My Philosophy:
If every patient followed a primal diet, the incidence and prevalence of most chronic diseases would decrease. I don’t believe that patients need to follow it 100% but just be closer.
