A little bit about me:

I’ve been in private practice for 19 years.

I have lived on the front line of nutritional and dietary medicine for my entire career.

I specialize in hormonal deficiencies (thyroid, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, adrenal), autoimmune problems, gut infections, high cholesterol and blood sugar challenges.

My Philosophy:

Everyday I am thrilled to see first hand the benefits of people getting away from gluten, grains, carbs, junk, etc. and replace them with real/primal food.

It’s not always easy since food addiction is such a challenge for so many, but for those who are able to the process is seemingly magical.
