A little bit about me:

I almost died from Crohns 2 years ago. I had suffered with 105 fevers severe pain 30 bloody stools each day. My daily medications were Asacol, Azathioprine, Prednisone. and norco. After a year and near death my GI surgeon asked me to go on a gluten free and low carb diet. This is when I found Robb Wolfs book The Paleo Solution. Today I enjoy a disease free life, no pain, normal colon. I have my life back. After 25 years of being in medicine this was the first time I ever heard of such a diet or solution, well it saved my life. I am proud to be a Paleo Provider, I now feel I have the power to save lives with such a wonderful tool.
